DESCRIPTION: Cowboy Capital RV Park & Campground is located just outside Bandera (the cowboy capital of the world)...about 45 miles west of San Antonio, and 16 miles from Boerne.   In our country and family atmosphere, we strive to provide you with  the best camping experience in the West. Our sites are spacious and shady. We have retained as many of our natural Cedar and majestic Oak trees as possible to maintain lovely shady sites. Area attractions include San Antonio for the Riverwalk, the Alamo, and museums, and the Medina River for rafting, kayaking is 4 1/2 miles from the park.  Shopping, restaurants, golfing, fishing, and dancing is all available, in and around Bandera.

AMENITIES:   Restrooms And Showers, Laundry, Barbeque Area With Pits, Campfire Pits, Wide, Gravel Sites With Lots Of Space In Between, Playground, Tents Sites With Water And Electric, Pets Welcome, Horse Pasture And Corral.

DIRECTIONS:  From I-10, Exit at Boerne to Hwy 46, to Hwy 16N.  Take Hwy 16N to Pipe Creek/Bandera.  We are 2 1/2 miles from Pipe Creek, on the right.  From Kerrville, take Hwy 173 to Bandera, then Hwy 16 S for 4 1/2 miles to the park, on the left.

Recreation USA Members will pay $13.00 a night and may stay for 3 nights per visit Sunday thru Thursday.  $2.00 per person over 2.
