45 DESCRIPTION: Located in a quiet country atmosphere, just 15 miles west of Corpus Christi, Evelyn's RV Park is a home away from home. Shopping, movie theater and dining is all just a mile away. Wonderful local parks for bird watching, fresh water fishing, picnicking, fun and play, walking, bicycling or just for relaxation also nearby. For the water enthusiast, gulf beaches are just 30 minutes away. Visit the Texas State Aquarium, USA Lexington Museum and other tourist attractions with a short 20 minute drive, and the Texas Treasure Casino ship 45 minutes away. AMENITIES: Laundry, City Water, Mail Accepted, Long Term Available, RV Storage, Cement and Grass Sites, Visa, Master Card and checks accepted, children welcome, friendly pets welcome with current vaccinations, great atmosphere for walking, picnicking and small BBQs, sorry no tenting. DIRECTIONS: Traveling south on IH 37 or Hwy 59 to Hwy 77 south. Go south on Hwy 77, take exit #14 (Brownsville/Kingsville), and travel approximately 3.5 miles. When you see the 5 Points Shopping Center you have 1 1/2 miles of travel time left. Take Business 77 exit, when you get to Sparkling City Auto Auction, and take the turnaround on to 77 north, stay on the feeder road, and look for St Lutherans Church at County Road 48. Turn at the church. The park is next to it.Traveling west on IH-37, take the Callicoatte Road exit, turn left at the stop sign, go straight and pass the Leopard & Callicoatte intersection. There will be an AEP building on the right, the road will curve and immediately after the curve is County Road 48, past the railroad tracks.
