DESCRIPTION: Capulin RV Park is a neat, well maintained park, located 29 miles East of Raton, New Mexico (just S of the Colorado state line). Across from the park is the Capulin Volcano National Monument & Visitors Center, which is open every day...with a seasonal gas station, and a country store with an antique shop and restaurant, one block from the park. Capulin is approximately 4 hours from Albuquerque and Denver, and 3 hours from Amarillo, Texas.

AMENITIES: Covered Group Meeting Area, Restrooms and Showers, Laundry, Dump Station, Phone Jacks, Gravel Sites, Picnic Tables Available, Grassy Tenting Area, Pets Welcome.

DIRECTIONS: East of Raton, New Mexico, at the intersection of Hwy US 64/87 and Hwy 325. Entrance is on the South side of the highway.

Recreation USA Members pay $10.00 a night and have an unlimited length of stay. Not valid holiday weekends.
