DESCRIPTION: Located between Chicago and Indianapolis, just off I-65, Caboose Lake is designed for families and children. The park sits on 38 acres, with a 20 acre spring fed lake, stocked with large mouth bass, catfish, bluegill and crappie. Restaurants, truck stops, and bowling are within one mile of the park, with Purdue University, St Joe College, and the Indiana Beach Fun Park within 30 miles.

ACTIVITIES: Lake, Fishing, Boat Rentals, Swimming, Large Grill and Picnic Area, Store, Concession Stand, Restrooms and Showers, Public Phone, City Water, All Level Gravel Sites, Playground, Sand Volleyball Court, Basketball, Horseshoes, Planned Summer Activities, Tenting Available.

DIRECTIONS: From Junction of I-65 and US 24 (Exit 201), and go East 1/10 mile on US 24. Entrance on right.

Recreation USA Members pay $10.00 a night and may stay 2 nights per visit.  Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children. $3.00 add'l per guest.
