DESCRIPTION: Twelve Oaks Campground is located about 2 miles off I-70, in Eastern Illinois, Northeast of Effingham, and 30 miles West of Terre Haute, Indiana. Area attractions include the Palestine Rodeo, Chatauqua Festival, Popcorn Festival at Casey, and the Honey Bee Festival at Paris. Richard’s Farm Restaurant, Golfing, and a Wal Mart Supercenter are nearby in Marshall..

AMENITIES: 25 Acre Lake, Boating, Swimming, Fishing, Pavilion, Rec Room with Scheduled Activities, Restrooms and Showers, Ice, Grassy and Shaded Sites, Picnic Tables at Sites, Pets Welcome, Tenting.

DIRECTIONS: From I-70, Exit #136 to Route 40 (on the South side of I-70). Turn right on Route 40 to Snake Trail Rd, then right on Snake Trail Rd to 550th St. Follow 550th St. on around to first drive on the left, which is the entrance to Twelve Oaks.
