DESCRIPTION: .Havasu Frugal Camper RV Park is in a quiet desert setting...a new facility, opening in 2008.  The park is 26 miles from Lake Havasu, 56 miles from Laughlin, and 127 miles from Las Vegas.  Shopping and restaurants are 11 miles from the park And in 2008 The Shops At Lake Havasu, which will ultimately provide over 750,000 square feet of fashion, home-furnishings, entertainment and dining venues in a festive, pedestrian-oriented “town center” environment, currently has open a Wal-Mart Super Center, Dillard's, Penny's & Petsmart. with 40 more shops opening soon  Lake Havasu provides a multitude of recreation including The London Bridge (and their daily historical ghost tours), land and air tours, safari tours, a multitude of water sports and activities, marinas, and golfing.
