DESCRIPTION: Timber Lodge RV Resort is surrounded by the Sam Houston Forest, and is located about one hour from Houston. Within 10 to 20 miles of the park is boating, fishing, hiking, antique stores and museums, and 18 hole golf course, and restaurant.

AMENITIES: Private, Stocked Fishing Pond, Swimming Pool with Sun Deck, Hot Tub, Clubhouse with Full Kitchen/Living Room/TV-VCR/Card Tables and Large Coffee Tables, Restrooms and Showers, Wireless Internet Available, BBQ, Level Shaded Gravel Sites, Tenting, Pets Welcome.

DIRECTIONS: From I-45, Exit #103 and go 15 miles on Highway 150W. The resort is located 15 miles East of New Waverly near Coldspring.

Recreation USA Members pay $10.00 a night and may stay two weeks per visit.
